In the early 1950s, a man named Leon Brendel started making rosé. Napa wasn’t known for it. Hardly anyone was doing it. But he did it anyway. And he did it well. This Sparkling Rosé is a tribute to him, made with organic grapes, and a hint of rebellion, just as he did.
