Long before Cabernet Sauvignon was king, the field blend in Napa Valley reigned supreme. These blends consisted of unique, lesser-known varietals. Today, we honor the tradition of the heritage field blend by utilizing organic grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cão, Tempranillo, and Trousseau. This wine, while dangerously drinkable right away will also cellar well for decades to come.
